3.8 Mile Hike!

Oh boy, my core HURTS like a MOTHA’!

I can feel my 6 pack emerging!

I survived the hike and no rattle snakes were seen or heard…but a deer crossed our path. No joke, it was in front of us. And we saw a lizard that was belly up. 

It’s the most “one with nature” I’ve ever been..

Tomorrow Workout: 6 week 6 pack!

Hi, I'm a beginner runner - have you got any tips? I'm currently around your CW and we have similar GW too! You're doing incredibly :)

When I first started running, I couldn’t. So interval training was my thing. I would run at the track by my place. 1 lap (.25 miles) run, 1 lap walk. I would do that for 3 miles total so I would run for a mile and half. After I masted that, I would push further. So I’d run for half a mile, then walked for .25 miles. It took me awhile so definitely don’t give up.

Just keep pushing dude or dude-et!!!

6 Week 6 Pack is definitely harder than 30DS. Jillian had me sweating just in the warmup! It was glorious!

After, I did some weights to tone my arms. I feel like I lost a little bit of my muscles in my arms so I need to get them toned again!

Oh, I feel amazing! And tomorrow, we’re hiking again! This time super early! I’m talking like 6 am early! No rattle snakes please!

Got through all the horrible hills and the killer heat all without getting eaten alive by the rattlesnakes!!!

I think I’ll be sleeping tonight with the sound of their rattles echoing.

Wow, I’ve been seriously lagging and I am so sorry about it.

I am finally  on my summer vacation and my 21st birthday is in less than 3 weeks.

I’m not going to lie, finals kicked my ass and I only made it to the gym a few times and didn’t have the greatest diet.

Basically I did horribly.

Oh well, running in the morning. Let’s get back the usual health grind.
